Within South Africa, we use trusted couriers like PEP Paxi and The Courier Guy. For international orders, we use reliable global courier services. Delivery times vary by location and courier, and you’ll get tracking once your order is dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s authorities, unless stated otherwise. We do our best to dispatch promptly, but delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control.
